March 29, 2007 - MedeFinance is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a qualified provider of continuing professional education (CPE) credits. Now, those who attend MedeConnect user conferences, MedeFinance's annual leadership summit, and ongoing MedeFinance instructor-led training courses can earn CPE credits for their participation.
NASBA's National Registry of CPE Sponsors seeks organizations that provide high-quality training and education in accordance with nationally recognized standards. MedeFinance was approved as a sponsor following a thorough review of the company's training course materials.
"Recognition by NASBA acknowledges the value of our training courses and user events,” said Jim Quist, Chairman and CEO of MedeFinance. "We are very pleased to offer our clients continuing education credits for attending MedeFinance activities.”
Upon completion of an approved event, attendees will receive a certificate that includes all information required for continuing education credit. Attendees will be responsible for working with their respective accrediting organization such as HFMA, ACHE, NASBA, and others to determine their continuing education requirements and filing policies to receive credit.
If you have an interest in establishing CPE credit for MedeFinance training at your company, please contact your Account Executive for more information. To find out more about MedeFinance, contact Marcia Shields at mshields@medefinance.com .
