James T. Quist
Executive Chairman
Jim Quist has over 30 years of successful entrepreneurship and business experience, 13 of which have been dedicated to delivering value to the healthcare industry. Jim founded MedeFinance, Inc. in 2001, as a successor company to two healthcare technology companies he founded starting in 1994. These companies provided electronic claims transaction processing and revenue-cycle services that leveraged technology to create operational efficiency.
Prior to Jim’s dedication to the healthcare industry he served as a founder and Senior Vice President for Triton Container International, a premier lessor of maritime intermodal equipment with annual sales in excess of $200 million. During his tenure at Triton Jim successfully developed operations and sales worldwide. Before Triton, Jim served in executive level positions for ITEL Corp., a $1 billion lessor of transportation assets. He also had operational responsibilities at Olympic Steamship Co. and Sea-Land Services.
Jim leads the company’s strategic growth, serving on executive committees and providing executive leadership for corporate development, sales, marketing and communications. Jim attended the University of Washington and served in the U.S. Merchant Marine. An avid outdoor sportsman, Jim occasionally escapes business through exotic fishing expeditions around the world.

Michael E. Gallagher
CEO, MedeFinance Inc.
Mr. Gallagher has a broad professional background with over 25 years experience in the healthcare service sector and demonstrated capabilities in management, operations, strategic planning, financial controls, as well as acquisitions and divestitures.
In addition to investing as a principal and representing others as an advisor in numerous merger and acquisition and strategic planning engagements at Shamrock Investments, LLC, Mr. Gallagher has also successfully discharged a variety of significant operating assignments on the Board of Directors of several public and private providers and health plan organizations. He was formerly Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Net of California and CEO of Paragon Ambulatory Surgery. Mr. Gallagher was also the Director of Corporate Development, Financial Planning and Controls of American Medical International, Inc., and his professional career included positions with the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and service in the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Gallagher holds a bachelor's degree in economics (1972) and a Masters of Business Administration (1973) from the University of Southern California and earned his CPA certificate in 1977. He has served as a member of the American Hospital Association's Special Board Committee on Capital Formation and also sits on the board of The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. |

William Binch
Board Member
William Binch is a professional independent director with extensive experience in worldwide sales, enterprise applications, and analytics/business intelligence. In addition to Medefinance, he serves on four other boards: SPSS, SeeCommerce (Executive Chairman), Callidus Software, and Saama Technologies.
Mr. Binch also serves on several advisory boards, notably Demandtec and Verari. Previously, Mr. Binch was Senior VP at Hyperion/Arbor from July 1997 to May 1999. He was a senior executive at Business Objects and Prism, two business intelligence and data warehousing companies. Mr. Binch served for five years at Oracle, finally as VP of Strategic Accounts. He has held executive sales/general management positions at IBM, Itel, and Fortune Systems.

Richard M. Mastaler
Chairman & CEO, Managed Health Ventures, Inc.
Mr. Mastaler is founder and CEO of Managed Health Ventures, Inc., a managed care consulting firm. He is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of Chairman and CEO management experience in healthcare IT, hospital administration, managed care, insurance, and clinical laboratory management. Specializing in company turnarounds and developing new healthcare concepts, he has a proven track record of achievement for both private and publicly held companies including the University of New Mexico , Samaritan Health Services, Unilab Inc., and Hospital Corporation of America . He was also a founder of the Managed Care Division for Humana Inc., which is now 8 million members strong, and generates $12 billion in revenue.
Rich holds an MHA from George Washington University and a BS degree from Florida State University .

Javier Rojas
Managing Director, Kennet Venture Partners, Silicon Valley Office
Javier is a managing director of Kennet Venture Partners. Prior to joining Kennet, he was a managing director of Broadview International where he specialized in advising high growth, early-stage companies on how to capitalize on emerging markets and partnering opportunities. Previously, Javier was with Morgan Stanley. Earlier, he founded a software firm that developed products for capital markets interest rate and currency swap traders.
Javier holds an MBA degree from The Harvard Business School and a BAS degree from Georgetown University.

Edward P. Schneider
Chairman and President, Triton Holdings Limited
Mr. Schneider is Co-Founder, Chairman and President of the privately-held Triton Holdings Limited, founded in 1980, and the ultimate parent of a group of companies engaged in the ownership, operation, management and sale of international transportation equipment.
Triton owns and manages the world's largest fleet of marine intermodal cargo containers, which it leases to shipping companies worldwide via nineteen offices on six continents, and owns and manages a fleet of commercial passenger and freighter jet aircraft which are on lease to airlines, tour operators and air freight carriers operating domestically and internationally. Triton also leases and sells containers primarily for commercial and individual storage applications in secondary markets worldwide, and is a leading-edge provider of internet-based connectivity, data management, work tools and management information to the global transportation industry.
Mr. Schneider holds an A.B. degree with distinction from Dartmouth College, where he was a Daniel Webster National Scholar, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Oakland's College Preparatory School, a Governor of The University of Haifa, and a Director of various corporations.
