A separate Service Agreement applies to the online Client Services MedeFinance provides to clients. How We Treat Our Client's Information Information provided by MedeFinance's clients in connection with their licensed use of MedeFinance products and services are subject to the provisions of the written Services Agreement between MedeFinance and that client, including but not limited to those provisions related to the confidentiality of client data and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the terms of the Services Agreement with respect to the licensed use of MedeFinance products and services, the terms of the Services Agreement shall prevail. Accessing Third Party Website Links MedeFinance's Web site may contain links to other Web sites that are not under the control of MedeFinance. These links are provided as a convenience, and such links do not imply that MedeFinance endorses such sites. MedeFinance is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
