MedeFinance clients discussed new and proven strategies and best practices in managing the self-pay population and new revolutionary solutions to improve payer relationships. MedeFinance also collaborated with client attendees to plan upcoming service and solution enhancements.

Jeff Nieman, Senior Director, Self Pay Collections at Tenet Healthcare shared advanced, but practical segmentation and collections strategies he established to improve collections performance. He provided valuable insight into analytics, collections workflows and resource management that increase cash flow and reduced costs to collect.
Mary Brooks-Welsch, Division Business Office Director at Triad Hospitals presented front-end revenue cycle practices her organization uses to collect at point of service. She presented how her organization changed and educated clients and uses MedeFinance daily to manage the front-end collections performance.
